This website is operated by POMULAB. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to POMULAB.
By accessing our website, browsing our store, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from our store.
Our store currently sells to customers in Japan only. Other regions are coming soon.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

When you place an order through our store, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, shipping address, contact information, and payment information.
After placing an order, your payment will be confirmed at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in product information, pricing, stock availability, payment processing, shipping information, or if we determine that the order may involve fraud, abuse, resale, or other improper use.
SECTION 3 - SALES PRICE
The sales price of each product is listed on the relevant product page.
Prices may change without prior notice. The price applied to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
SECTION 4 - PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT TIMING
We accept payment by PayPal.
Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our products are shipped directly to customers in Japan from overseas partner warehouses.

SF Express
All products are shipped with a tracking number. Customers may check the delivery status using the tracking information provided.
Orders will be arranged for shipment within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Tokyo:
Approximately within 10 business days
Areas outside Tokyo:
Approximately within 20 business days
Okinawa:
Approximately within 30 business days
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, customs procedures, carrier congestion, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING FEES
Standard shipping is free of charge.
However, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees and reshipping fees related to returns or exchanges.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to change your order details, please contact us as soon as possible. Whether changes can be made depends on the shipping status of the product.
If the order has already been shipped or prepared for shipment, we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations.
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
For exchanges, customers may be charged up to JPY 2,000 as a reshipping fee.
For exchange items shipped to Okinawa, customers may be charged up to JPY 3,100 as a reshipping fee.
We may refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- The customer contacts us more than 7 days after receiving the product.
- The product has been used, damaged, altered, washed, or processed by the customer.
- The product, packaging, accessories, tags, or included items are missing or damaged.
- The product is returned without prior contact or approval.
- The return or exchange request is due to reasons that are not attributable to us, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
SECTION 8 - DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After confirming the situation, we will provide an appropriate response, such as replacement, return, or other reasonable support.
We may not be able to provide support if we cannot confirm the condition of the product or if the request is made after a significant period of time has passed.
SECTION 9 - CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES
Products may be shipped from overseas warehouses. Depending on applicable laws and customs procedures, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes, or charges imposed by customs authorities shall be borne by the customer.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
